Nutrisystem Daily Tracking Page Review

This program calls for you to eat smaller meals several times a day. Eating six times a day is nothing new for me. I have tried it in the past, but preparing meals took so much of my time, I eventually gave up. The convenience of ready made meals is one reason I decided to try Nutrisystem.

At the top of the review is a place to enter the date and current weight.

NS=Nutrisystem Meal
PF=PowerFuel (lean protein source)
SC=SmartCarbs (good carbohydrates)

For breakfast on the Nutrisystem program, they want you to have one of their entrees and a PowerFuel or Protein Drink. If you have over 100 lbs to lose, you should also add in one carb.

For the morning snack, the plan calls for a PowerFuel.

Lunch calls for a Nutrisystem lunch entree and a PowerFuel. If you have over 100 lbs to lose, they want you to add another PowerFuel.

Afternoon snack is a Smart Carb.

Dinner is one Nutrisystem dinner entree with a Smart Carb.

Dessert is one Nutrisystem  dessert entree.

They want you to get at least four servings of vegetables, three 10 minute sessions of exercise, and eight glasses of water per day.
